Sylwia Majewski, CEO

Sylwia Majewski is Adamus'® founder and is a vital part of Adamus'® strategic team. On the forefront, she works closely with our clients and partners cultivating Adamus'® long-lasting relationships. Majewski has more than 20 years' agency experience, during which she has amassed a wide variety of skills and training ranging from traditional print design, branding and illustration to video and TV production, animation, new media design, web, marketing and communications strategy. She started her work with one of South Jersey's traditional ad agencies, then she moved to the world of web and interactive media with a large manufacturing employer of the area. After that Majewski spent years in center city Philadelphia working as a multimedia lead artist for an agency specializing in educational TV series and documentary production. Four years later, she returned to the world of digital and interactive media working for one of Pennsylvania's online marketing agencies as an art director. Majewski's dexterities and approach to challenging ideas have resulted in innovative projects & solutions for web, print and TV. Among them:

- Communicator Awards Winners in Content & Marketing and Advertising categories for SCPCSD and The Vein Center,
- Award-winning school and higher education marketing and web solutions for Green Woods Charter School, Post University, Brown Mackie College and Drexel University;
- Telly Award Winners such as "Natural Heroes" and "Biodiversity",
- Emmy-nominated documentary My Name is Jeremiah, and
- Interactive and animated educational websites such as "ACEER Amigos" or Davey award winner "Something's Fishy."

Majewski earned her first college degree in Graphic Design in 1999. Later, in 2001, she completed her Bachelor's Degree in Interactive Digital Media from Drexel University. She holds a master's degree in Corporate Communication & Public Relations from Rowan University. In her career she has worked on many integrated advertising and marketing campaigns representing clients such as: University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ), Drexel University, Post University, Coldwell Banker Preferred, Audubon Savings Bank, YMCA, ACEER Foundation, Wilmington Trust, SEPTA, Comar and more.

Majewski speaks three languages. She has lectured at Trident Technical College as well as taught online courses in design and web. She speaks at seminars for businesses and nonprofit organizations about Social Media, branding, website design, marketing strategies as well as online marketing. In her spare time Majewski loves cycling or taking walks on the beach with her husband and two children. She currently works in Adamus'® southwest region - Bradenton, Florida.



Mark Shockley, Jr., VP Senior Creative Director

If you haven't met Mark yet, you will soon discover why he plays the leading role in our creative agency. Shockley is a brilliant thinker with witty approach to ad copy and edgy visual concepts. He holds over 20 years of agency experience as a Creative Director and brings a wide array of skills, knowledge and talent to Adamus' creative team. Starting as a package designer, Shockley created designs for Fortune 500 companies such as Disney, The Trump Organization and Microsoft.

Then, for seven years Shockley served as Managing Art Director at one of South Jersey's ad agencies where he was instrumental in leading the creative department in several successful campaigns, including marketing efforts for St. Peter's University Hospital, Camden City Redevelopment and Empowerment Committee, Hilton Hotels, and the New Jersey State Aquarium.

He joined Adamus in 2007 and today he works out of Adamus' northeast regional office in the South Jersey and Philadelphia area. Shockley and his team have earned dozens of creative awards, including Philadelphia Addy Awards, Philadelphia Art Directors Club Awards and a national Telly Award. Shockley's lectured on art and art history as well as participated in development of inter-city arts summer programs for children and youth. He holds a B.F.A. from Rowan University.
